The Manifesto

Your week takes. Sunday gives it back.

Mondays ask everything. By Friday you're a carved-out version of yourself. Saturday is errands and catching up. Then Sunday arrives with the weight of the coming week already on it.

SelfCare Sundays interrupts that pattern. It's an hour in a room of humans choosing themselves — together — before the world asks anything of them again.

Breathe. Move. Listen. Come back.

It Feels Like

You'll know the moment you walk in.

  • 01

Like Sunday morning light through a kitchen window.

Slow. Warm. Permission to be still.

  • 02

Like laughing with people you just met.

Strangers on the way in. Friends on the way out.

  • 03

Like the first real exhale all week.

Your body finally letting go of something it's been carrying.

  • 04

Like a song that gets you in the chest.

Movement. Rhythm. Being moved — not performing.

  • 05

    Like coming home to yourself.

No app. No hustle. Just breath, body, room.

The Flow

A ritual, not a schedule.

Six movements of an hour spent coming back to yourself.

Arrive & Ground

Walk in carrying whatever the week handed you. Settle into a space designed to soften your shoulders before you even say hello.

Breathwork Reset

A guided nervous system reset that clears the static — so your body remembers what calm actually feels like.

Guided Reflection

Prompts that cut through the noise. Not journaling homework — a quiet moment to notice what's actually going on underneath.

Music + Movement

A soundscape that moves with your body. Stretch, sway, sit still — however you need to be in the room that day.

Community Connection

Low-pressure conversation with people who showed up for the same reason you did. Come alone — leave knowing faces.

Leave Lighter

Walk out with a clearer head, a softer chest, and the kind of energy that carries you into Monday on your own terms.

Inside the Experience

One room. A lot of humans. Zero pretense.

SelfCare Sundays isn't a stage. It's a living room with a soundtrack — founders next to students, execs next to artists, everyone on the floor together figuring out how to breathe again.

Meet the Facilitator

The person behind the ritual.

Louis leads SelfCare Sundays with two decades of practice behind him — breathwork, meditation, and nervous system work with leaders, founders, and everyday humans. He's worked with Fortune 50 teams, facilitated community workshops at Morehouse, and built Just Breathe as a way to scale something he's always believed: that regulation is a human birthright, not a luxury.

I kept meeting people who were running on empty but performing full. I wanted to build a room where they could finally put it down — even if only for an hour.

What happens in the room.

Real reflections from people who walked in tight and walked out different.

I came in stressed…

I left feeling…

Lighter than I've felt in months. Like I finally put something down.

I left feeling…

Surprised. I didn't expect to feel this seen in a room of strangers.

Frequently Asked

No dumb questions. Only real ones.

None at all. Every session is guided step-by-step, and beginners are the majority in the room. If you can breathe, you belong here.
